It featured a 4-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 640 x 1136 pixels. It was powered by Apple A7 chip, which was a 64-bit 1.3GHz dual-core ARMv8-A processor and PowerVR G6430 GPU, with 1GB of RAM. It came with either 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, and it did not have a microSD card slot. The iPhone 5s featured an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera.
